General Lovell Harrison Rousseau with a Webster & Bro, Louisville front mark. Rousseau enlisted at age 43 as a Colonel in the 5th KY Infantry. He was
then commissioned into the US Volunteers General Staff at a Brig-General. He was later promoted to Major General. He also served in the Mexican War.
