1/4 tintype of a soldier in a New York Style shell jacket with a slash breast pocket & shoulder straps. There is a large star on his jacket and his pants
are tinted blue. I believe this is a corp badge, but it could also indicate a particular unit as well. I simply don't know for sure. Backdrop features a
camp scene with a large wagon wheel. Jacket has multiple piece state buttons (one missing) that are just barely out of focus. The tin has some bends in it
and some scratches on the surface that can be seen in my scan. This image comes in a complete case that has been repaired at the spine.
