This appears to be a late or post war CDV of a hard image. The trooper wears a cavalry shell jacket with sergeant chevrons. He
holds a cavalry sword and has a cavalry pistol tucked into his bel which features an NCO belt plate and a holster. The reverse shows
a Playing Cards tax stamp with the photographers initials and an 1865 cancellation. #3048=$210.00
